The space

Welcome to 'Sally's Bungalow'!

Each stay includes COMPLIMENTARY ACCESS to the brand new (2021) 6-SEATER GOLF CART!!! These typically rent for ~$125/day, so this is a huge benefit offered FREE to guests!

This home is EXTREMELY well equipped with all of the perfect amenities you need for an unforgettable beach vacation! Golf cart, 3 paddleboards, BBQ grill, outdoor dining AND outdoor living areas, a PRIVATE OUTDOOR SHOWER, beach chairs, an umbrella, board games and more all for guests' use! 

High end furnishings and designer finishes abound throughout this beautiful open concept home! Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make family meals and entertain (it even has Sonos speakers in the living room!), boasting gorgeous marble countertops, a custom backsplash, top of the line stainless steel appliances, a grill outside, and more! In addition to the large interior dining room, there is an outdoor dining area and outdoor lounge/living area with darling string lights for that added ambiance, perfect for relaxing and hanging out sipping a cocktail after a day at the beach or with your coffee in the morning!  

HD flat screen Smart TVs (with cable and HBO + voice IP) in every bedroom and in the living room for your viewing pleasure, or if you prefer you can access your own Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime accounts for streaming. Also fully stocked with board games and playing cards for unlimited fun memories!

Guests will also have access to the Village at Blue Mountain Beach's neighborhood pool and rec center which even includes a gym and shuffleboard court!

The house having two king beds is really perfect for joint family vacations! One of the king bedrooms is at the front of the house nicely tucked away from the others. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds with a twin up top and a full below. There is also a full laundry room available for your use. Ample parking for 3 vehicles available. A family's beach vacation dream, so many things to love here!  

Scenic Highway 30A's best restaurants nearby include Blue Mabel (walking distance), Shunk Gulley's Oyster Bar, Goatfeathers, Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, Local Catch, The Vue 30A, Stinky's, Red Bar, Blue Mountain Creamery + Charlie's Donuts, and more!

Guest access

The owners also own 3 other similar bungalows on the street, and they are all professionally decorated and done to the nines! Their others are Their others are Sally's Speakeasy (54 Flounder - 3 bedroom), Sally's Hideaway (69 Flounder - 3 bedroom), and Sally's Oasis (26 Flounder - 2 bedroom). All four can be rented (depending on availability) as a great way for multiple families to travel together!

There are activities for everyone including kayak rentals, bike rentals, paddle boards, fishing, golfing, tennis, hiking, swimming, snorkeling and more! Bike rentals are within walking distance at Big Daddy's Bike Shop (2217 W. Co Hwy 30A) for you to take a ride along scenic Highway 30-A. Shopping in Destin is only 20 minutes away, and Baytowne Wharf is also a fun place just down the road!

Walk to Blue Mountain Beach! One of the most coveted beach access points with parking, restrooms, lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm, less than half a mile! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and relatively quiet feel. Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), and another convenient public beach access by Goatfeathers on 30A.The home is also just about 1/3 mile to the famed Blue Mountain Creamery, 30A's best ice cream!

Also less than a mile to Point Washington State Forest with trails galore! Great biking all around.

Other things to note

The owners also own a very similar (and absolutely darling) 3 bedroom home across the street in case you're looking to book both houses together! Please inquire for details.

Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
  • Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited.
  • Maximum occupancy is enforced.
  • All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
  • Golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or the end of Highway 30A to the West.  Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
  • Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
