Guest access

There is parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway, depending on the size of the vehicles. There are additional free parking areas throughout the community. Cars should not be parked on the street.

Other things to note

• Please note the neighborhood and management team enforces quiet hours after 10pm, and be mindful of noise levels to respect the surrounding residents/guests.
• Minimum age of renters is 25 otherwise must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for every 3 guest under 25. Failure to comply with this can result in being asked to leave the property (no refunds).
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
• No pets and no smoking allowed on the premises. Strictly prohibited.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Guests will be held liable for any damages to LSV. Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV or other amenities provided to guests.
