Welcome to 'Blue Suede Shores'!

Located just steps from a beautiful park, you'll have leisure facilities right at your fingertips. Highland Parks is packed with great amenities: a heated pool, hot tub, and a covered area with gas grills and a TV. You’ll also have quick access to beautiful nearby beaches and the lively Gulf Place for shopping and dining.

This house is designed so that everything you need is on the first floor—the living area, primary bedroom, and laundry!

As you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by a spacious front porch and elegant French doors. Inside, the family room features trendy shiplap walls and rich 5" Shaw wood floors. The kitchen is perfect for cooking enthusiasts, with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, and beautiful White Ice countertops paired with a stylish baroque backsplash. Plus, it has handy features like lazy susans, a trash pull-out, and a large pantry.

Step through the patio door to the expansive screened-in back porch. It leads to a backyard with a nature trail that takes you to the pool and hot tub. Also available is an outdoor shower, which makes it easy to rinse off after a day of fun.

The primary bedroom is located on the first floor, with a big walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower with both handheld and rainhead options. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a walk-in closet and its own bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor at the front of the house and open onto a balcony, perfect for enjoying sunsets and fresh air. These bedrooms share a gorgeous hall bathroom with a double vanity.

There is a pack n' play kept at the home for guests' use and an air mattress if needed. (2)

Concierge services including but not limited to personal chefs, charcuterie boards, grocery delivery, baby equipment rentals, and more also available upon request.

Guest access

Walk to Blue Mountain Beach area and visit two other public beach access points in the coveted Blue Mountain Beach area off of 30A - all with parking, restrooms, lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm, and walking distance to restaurants! Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), access by Goatfeathers on 30A and access by the Blue Mountain Creamery (right off the beach access road)! The Blue Mountain beach access (best beach in the panhandle) is less than 3/4 mile from the home and has 2 lifeguards on duty daily from 10 AM - 6 PM! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and relatively quiet and private public areas!

Enjoy access to the spectacular community resort-style pool area featuring a waterfall, hot tub, fire pit, gazebo with outdoor TVs, huge outdoor grilling area, shaded and unshaded seating areas with comfortable chairs and couches, and a 4-story aerial lookout tower with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico just steps away!

Complete with breezy palms and beckoning lounge chairs, this relaxing oasis offers everything you need for an afternoon of fun in the sun! The fun doesn't stop here; after dinner, gather around the fire pit, roast some marshmallows and watch the sunset.

Highland Parks is the one of the newest resort-style neighborhoods in Blue Mountain Beach. The area is the highest point in South Walton county and is surrounded by great restaurants, local shops and art galleries.

• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or past Stinky's restaurant to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. Guests will be held liable for any damages to LSV.
• Southern Holiday Homes LLC can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes, LSV, or other amenities provided to guests.
