The space

Each stay will include COMPLIMENTARY ACCESS to the brand new 6-SEATER GOLF CART!!! These typically rent for ~$150/day, so this is a huge benefit offered FREE to guests! The house also comes with 4 bikes, 6 beach chairs, two umbrellas and beach towels.

The expansive outdoor space provides an ideal setting for entertaining, with the large private pool with sun-shelf and fountain flanked by a built-in stone fire pit and BBQ grill! There is also an outdoor dining table!

As you step inside, the open living, kitchen, and dining area welcomes you with a seamless flow and an abundance of natural light. The kitchen, adorned with sleek stainless steel appliances, reflects a perfect balance of style and functionality, making it a chef's dream! This three-story home ensures both privacy and togetherness.

The second floor hosts two spacious bedrooms with a jack-and-jill bathroom. One bedroom has two queen beds, and the other bedroom has 2 sets of bunks (twin over twin with a twin trundle pullout, and twin over full) in addition to a futon sleeper sofa.

On the third floor, there is a large bedroom with two queen sized beds and a private en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom offers peek-a-boo views of the Gulf from both the bedroom and the private balcony! This suite is a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation with a large en-suite bathroom and sitting area.

Positioned in proximity to the vibrant pulse of 30A, you'll have easy access to an array of shops and restaurants, allowing you to immerse yourself in the coastal lifestyle. Whether you're exploring local boutiques or savoring delectable coastal cuisine, the possibilities are endless. You can have your feet in the sand in seconds with the close proximity to Ed Walline Beach Access!

There is also a full laundry room available for your use, and a pack n' play provided at no additional cost. A family's beach vacation dream, so many things to love here!

Parking for 5+ vehicles available.

Located in such a great area of Blue Mountain Beach! One of the most coveted beach access points with restrooms + lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm is just a couple blocks down the street! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and quiet feel. Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), and another convenient public beach access by Goatfeathers on 30A.

WALKING distance to the beach, Local Catch, Goatfeathers Seafood & Market, and more!

Scenic Highway 30A's best restaurants nearby include Shunk Gulley's Oyster Bar (walking distance), Blue Mabel, Goatfeathers, Perfect Pig, Stinky's Fish Camp, Local Catch, Pizza by the Sea, The Vue 30A, Red Bar, Pecan Jack's, Blue Mountain Creamery + Charlie's Donuts, and Redfish Village!

Also less than a mile to Point Washington State Forest with trails galore! Great biking all around!

Other things to note
  • Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.
  • Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
  • Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited.
  • Maximum occupancy is enforced.
  • All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
  • Golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or past Stinky's restaurant to the West. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
  • We provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
  • Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. Guests will be held liable for any damages to golf cart.
Southern Holiday Homes LLC can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, firepit, golf cart, bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
