The space

It is an easy 2-minute walk to the Santa Clara beach access at the end of the street which is equipped with parking, restrooms, lifeguards during season, and a ramped walkway down to the beach (don't have to use stairs)!

Guest access

There is parking available for 5-6 cars in the driveway!

Other things to note

• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of WaterColor to the West or past The Big Chill to the East. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• Pool and spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating is available October 1st - April 30th, and the pool will be heated to 85 degrees. The cost of pool and spa heating is $50 per day, except from December 1 - February 28, where the cost is $100 per day. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa separately for the rate of $50 per day.
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund, minus a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, spa, fire pit or other amenities provided to guests.
