The space

Welcome to "SeaGlass!"

This luxurious 30A dream home is loaded with everything you need and more for the perfect vacation!

On the first floor, you’ll be greeted by a cozy sitting area as you step inside. Just beyond, the game room offers fun for all ages, featuring a custom poker table, a ping pong table, and a convenient kitchenette. This level also includes a commercial-grade ice maker, a full laundry room, and two spacious bedrooms both with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

The second floor is the heart of the home, starting with the fully equipped chef’s kitchen featuring a 6-burner stove with part flat-top, dual ovens, ample cabinetry, and a large pantry. Just behind the kitchen, you’ll find a luxurious dedicated wine room for storing your favorite bottles. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining room with seating for 10, and then into the main living room, where floor-to-ceiling glass sliders provide the most breathtaking Gulf views.

Step out from the living room to your own outdoor retreat! Enjoy the private plunge pool with a sun shelf, built-in BBQ grill, and take in the stunning views. Down in the backyard, the shaded turf area is the perfect space for kids to play or adults to unwind.

Also on the second floor is an additional living room, complete with ample seating and a built-in wet bar, providing an extra space to gather and spread out. A full bathroom with a glass shower is also located on this floor.

Moving up to the third floor, you'll find the second laundry room as well as two stunning master bedrooms. The first features a King bed, an office nook, a built-in wet bar, a separate sitting area, a HUGE custom walk-in closet, a private balcony with sweeping Gulf views, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The second master suite also has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower.

All the way up on the fourth floor, a third living room with a sleeper sofa provides additional lounge or sleeping space, while the workout room, complete with a Pilates machine, is perfect for those who like to stay active. Step out from the workout room onto the fourth-floor terrace, where you’ll have one of the best vantage points for panoramic views and unforgettable sunsets over the water!

This floor also features the final two bedrooms. The last master bedroom is complete with a King bed, private wine fridge, and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The final bedroom is a bunk room with one set of Queen-over-Queen bunks, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

With the beach right in your backyard, there's no need to take your car anywhere! You can also take the included LSV to explore the area, it's just a few minutes to tons of local dining, shopping, and entertainment!

Guest access

There is parking for one car in the garage, as well as 3-4 additional cars in the driveway!

Other things to note

• Please note that the elevator is not for guests' use.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• LSV is not to be driven past the town of WaterColor to the West or past The Big Chill to the East. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in before the heater will be turned on; it is available October 1 - April 30 for $50/day.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
