The space
Welcome to 'The Salty Brick!'
This stunning corner-unit townhome is perfect for large families or friend groups, with access to 2 resort-style community pools, just a short walk to The Hub & The Big Chill, and is loaded with top-notch amenities.
The home sits elevated above street level and offers two entry points—either through the dining room or through the living room via a charming private brick courtyard. The courtyard features a cozy outdoor sofa, a fire table, and a BBQ grill, creating the perfect space to cook up delicious meals or unwind after a day at the beach.
Inside, the first floor has a bright and comfortable living room, along with a charming balcony and a fully equipped kitchen with island seating for 5. Just beyond is the gorgeous dining room, equipped with a table for 8 as well as another small balcony. Also on the first floor, you'll find a stylish mini bar area as well as a half bathroom.
On the second floor, you're immediately greeted by the landing with a cozy Twin daybed. There's also the laundry room as well as two spacious bedrooms on this floor. The first is the master bedroom, featuring a King bed, one private Juliet balcony, one shared balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The second bedroom also has a King bed, two accesses to a shared balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.
Moving up to the third floor, there are two additional bedrooms. One King room with one private Juliet balcony, one shared balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The last is a bunk room with two sets of built-in Twin-over-Twin bunks, a shared balcony, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large glass shower, and a separate soaking tub.
Located above the garage, the separate carriage house is perfect for added privacy. It includes a kitchenette, a living area with a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, a private balcony, and a King bed with an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.
With balconies from every room, and a unique corner-unit layout that offers added privacy and natural light, 'The Salty Brick' is the perfect place for your next getaway!
The garage has parking for one car along with the LSV, with overflow parking available at the pool.
Guests will also have access to the Prominence community pool, about a 3-minute walk away!

Prominence is one of 30A's newest vacation destinations, and includes complimentary access to the huge resort-style pools (with zero-entry), private cabanas, hammocks, outdoor dining pavilions (with grills), and more.
A quick walk down the street and you're at The Big Chill, which features restaurants, boutique shops, and the Prominence Town Center event pavilion with weekly concerts and movie nights!
The neighborhood pool is also heated complimentary in October/November, March/April, and the two weeks around Christmas.

Other things to note
BEACH ACCESS:
There are several convenient beach accesses!
- Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access point is located about 1 mile to the east - this is a small access and can be easily missed, but is probably our favorite!
- Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.6 miles west. It is popular, but you should know: there is a small parking area at the access (approximately $3 for parking), bathrooms are available, the walk from parking to the beach is a little longer than most beach accesses. It is important to note that because this is a state park and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location.
- Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is ADA approved and is located about 3.5 miles to the west. Parking and bathrooms are also available at this access.
- Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
- LSV is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. A full charge will last for 15 miles.
- Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
- Southern Holiday Homes LLC can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
