Located in the ultra-desirable neighborhood of Seagrove Beach nestled between the neighboring towns of Seacrest and Seaside and WaterColor (1 miles to the west on 30A), this magnificent vacation home features sleeping accommodations for up to 16 guests, with plenty of space to spread out and make yourselves at home!
The home has 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms and is loaded with amenities making for the perfect beach getaway!

- Bunk Room 4 - Two sets of full over full size bunk beds, en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination, private porch access, living area/play area for kids, built-in kitchenette
Other things to note
- Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
- Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- Maximum occupancy is enforced.
- All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
- Golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
- Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.
- Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
- Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
