The beautiful private heated pool has a sun shelf perfect for little ones to play or adults to lounge! The outdoor living space also has a ping pong table next to the outdoor pool area for relaxing al fresco!

Specifically, the first floor has an open kitchen and living room that features plenty of comfortable seating. There is one king bedroom on the first floor along with a room with one full size and one twin size bed. These two main floor bedrooms share a full size bathroom with shower/bathtub combination.

Advancing to the second floor you will be greeted by the large main living room which opens onto the eat-in kitchen island with 3 bar stools, a dining area that seats 7, and a laundry room. The upstairs hosts the two king master suite bedrooms, each which has its own private full en suite bathrooms with walk in glass showers. The living space has double doors that open onto the expansive front porch, complete with additional living and dining areas, an outdoor smart TV, and gas grill for your BBQ!

Pack n' play is there for guests' use. An air mattress can be provided upon request.

*We also manage four other homes next to this one, if you have a large group but still want to stay close! They are Eastern Hideaway (277 Eastern Lake- 5 bedrooms), Molly Mae on 30A (269 Eastern Lake-  6 bedrooms), The Jackpot (49 Brown St- 7 bedrooms), and Barefoot Blues (107 Chelsea Loop- 4 bedrooms). Based on availability, these homes can be rented out at the same time.

Guest access

There is parking for at least 4 cars in the driveway!

Other things to note

• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.
• Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum occupancy is enforced.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.
• Pool heating must be for the duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
