Upon arrival, you'll never really have to get in your car again!  Everything is walking distance!  Just steps from the Beach Club entrance!  No parking in Seaside?  Not a problem from this location!  This condo is a 10-minute walk and an even shorter bike ride to Seaside's town center.  No parking in WaterColor?  Also not a problem at this location as there is a free lot adjacent to the building just for owners and guests of these units!

Also located just a stone's throw from The Wine Bar, some of the best food on 30A!  Steps to fine dining at FOOW, and an even shorter walk to the TIKI Bar, the Gathering Spot, the Beach Cow Café, Beach Happy Café and Scratch restaurant.  With kids it is a very convenient walk back to the condo from the beach for a lunch break or a nap!  Venture over to Cerulean Park where there are large shade trees and fountains abounding.  A few steps further is the Boat House where you can rent stand up paddle boards, fishing, kayaks and more!

The space

This unit has all the amenities of a home but the location that can't be beat of the Beach Club/WaterColor Inn - with access to the same amenities including the Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, 7 more pools, tennis courts, walking trails and more!

This GORGEOUS condo is situated in the Beach District of the WaterColor community, making for unrivaled access to WaterColor's numerous amenity offerings (the WaterColor Beach Club, Boathouse, Camp WaterColor, etc. just to name a few)! This is a two-story corner unit (on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building) so no one is above you.

The brand new gourmet kitchen boasts quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and a dining area + a spacious living area with doors that open on to the first of two porches. If you choose to rent a golf cart, that will make for one less parking space in the driveway.

Please note the unit has actual beds for 6 guests, but we do allow up to 8 guests (we do have a pack n play if needed and an air mattress that can be used).

Guest access

Guests will have access to the newly expanded + renovated WaterColor Beach Club. It features a huge main pool and lounge area, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Guests will also have access to the new Camp WaterColor facilities! This entire establishment is geared towards kids and has: main butterfly pool with monarch slide, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

Other things to note
Beginning June 1, 2022, the Watercolor HOA will require all guests 5 years of age and older to wear provided amenity wristbands to access WaterColor amenities such as community pools and the WaterColor Beach area.

In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you MUST enter the total number of people in your travel group WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATION. 

Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here.  Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.  
Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved well in advance.

Please note none of the WaterColor condos have assigned parking spaces, but you do get two WaterColor parking tags with your reservation.

Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay

Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
  • Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited.
  • Maximum occupancy is enforced.
  • All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
  • Reservations are fully refundable until 60 days from check-in.

March through November there is a 7-night minimum (Saturday - Saturday). Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays December through February.
