In Seagrove, dining at Café Thirty-A is a tradition. This South Walton favorite was one of the first to establish a foothold along Highway 30A. Not far to the west, on Highway 395, Seagrove Village Market is a must for succulent shrimp po-boys and good old nostalgia, having been part of the Seagrove community since 1949.

Less than a mile from the house, the Old Florida Fish House is the perfect place for lunch or dinner. You don’t want to miss out on their renowned sushi and live music! They also have a great outdoor space for kiddos and a wine bar/coffee shop next door!

The space

This spectacular beach house is the most peaceful place to unwind! Located on the south side of 30A in the ultra-desirable area of Eastern Lake in Seagrove, this magnificent home features accommodations for 16 guests, and is located just one street from the Gulf. With less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, this home's location is unparalleled and features stunning water views from all 3 spacious balconies. 

'Pecky' cypress wood paneling lines the game room walls as you enter the home, and are also adorning the kitchen ceiling. The game room on the first floor walks out to the porch with porch swing then on to the pool area, and has a foosball table, shuffleboard, game machine, TV, and wet bar with seating. There is one guest room on the first floor with a king bed and a private bathroom adjacent to the patio. 

The yard is perfect for entertaining! The center of it is of course the private pool with sun shelf and built-in gas fire pit, and there is also corn hole boards and a ping pong table on astroturf so it is clean and dry all year! The perfect place to hang out when not enjoying the beach!  

The home's main level is on the second floor, where Gulf views fill the room with a peaceful feel and natural light. The open kitchen and adjacent living room feature tons of seating including a eat-in kitchen island with breakfast bar. It is professionally designed and outfitted with high-end furniture and top of the line stainless steel appliances, marble countertops throughout all bedrooms and bathrooms, and tons of space to spread out. The covered built-in outdoor grilling area, mini fridge, and an additional dining table are located on the second floor porch off the kitchen, facing the Gulf - the perfect setting for an alfresco dinner! The 2 guest rooms down the hall share a hall bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the second has a queen as well.

The third floor hosts the primary bedroom suite, featuring a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower and separate soaking tub. Between the master and bunk room there is an additional living space with a TV and a built-in wet bar with wine fridge that also has a pull out queen couch. There is also a bunk room on this floor that has three twin-over-twin bunk beds and uses the corresponding hall bathroom. The 3rd floor balcony has a cozy porch swing and is the perfect place to lay low and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail!

Guest access

Garage is not available for guests' cars (reserved for protection of the golf cart), but there is ample parking for 4 vehicles.

Other things to note
  • A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
  • Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
  • Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
  • Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited.
  • Maximum occupancy is enforced.
  • All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
  • Golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
  • Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on.  Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation.
  • Reservations are fully refundable until 60 days from check-in.
