The space

Welcome to 'Wildflower!'

Tucked into a peaceful area of WaterColor with a beautiful nature preserve across the street and behind the home, this charming retreat offers plenty of space to relax while keeping you close to all of WaterColor’s incredible amenities!

A charming front porch welcomes you inside, where you’ll find plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The main living room features comfortable seating and a Queen sleeper sofa, while the nearby dining room offers a wooden table with seating for 8. Beautiful sliding barn doors connect the living and dining areas to the fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, ample cabinetry, and a spacious island with seating for 4. Just behind the kitchen is an additional sitting area, providing another cozy spot to relax.

Also on the first floor are the laundry room and the first bedroom, featuring a Queen bed, barn doors, and a nearby hallway bathroom with a glass shower.

Head outside to your own private backyard retreat! The screened-in back porch offers a comfortable place to hang out and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Step outside from here to the private pool and sitting spa, with cozy seating around the pool deck for relaxing in the sun. Around the side of the home, you’ll find a patio with an outdoor fireplace, built-in BBQ grill, and outdoor dining table, all set beneath string lights for the perfect evening outside.

Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find the remaining three bedrooms, plus another living area with a Twin daybed for additional lounging or sleeping space. The spacious master bedroom features a King bed, sitting area, desk, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The next bedroom offers a Queen bed, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The final bedroom features one Twin-over-Twin bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the second-floor living area.

There is parking available for up to 3 cars in the driveway! This home also comes with 1 additional parking pass for use at the WaterColor community parking pads.

You’re just down the street from the Dragonfly Pool (less than a 5-min walk), and a short bike ride from everything else that WaterColor has to offer! This includes The WaterColor Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, miles of scenic nature trails, parks, shopping, and more!

This house comes with a maximum of 6 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

There is also a pack n' play at the home for guests' use!

Guest access

The WaterColor community is the most desirable community on 30A due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the Gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community!

Camp WaterColor is about a 3-minute ride away. The neighborhood has a quiet, comfortable feel - great for kids to play. The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and AMAZING playground for kids!

The wristbands for access to all of these wonderful amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.

Other things to note

• Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
• In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.
• Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
• Weddings and other similar events are not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
• Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is prohibited.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Please note that the LSV/golf cart at the home is not for guests' use.
• Pool heating is available from October 1st - April 30th for $50/night, and must be added for the full duration of your stay. Pool heating must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours before check-in so we can have the pool heated and ready for your arrival.
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund, minus a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
