Hey there! Welcome! We are passionate about all things Highway 30A, real estate, travel, and helping others - - what led us to start Southern Holiday Homes.
Brandon and Ashley's prior work experiences complimented eachother perfectly for this venture. Ashley’s career most recently was in private equity (international real estate finance), and she also holds her real estate licenses in multiple states (including Florida). She has a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Brandon has spent the last 10+ years of his career in various facets of operations, sales and marketing for the vacation sector of the hospitality industry, after some time in banking and finance.
Additionally, Southern Holiday Homes has a full staff including an operations team encompassing maintenance, cleaning, property management, reservation specialists, guest experience associates, and more. We firmly believe that people make a business, and are thankful to have some of the best on our team!
