The space

Welcome to 'Vitamin Sea!'

This BRAND NEW, beautifully designed beach home is the perfect blend of coastal charm and luxury.  Just a short walk to Eastern Lake, the stunning beaches of 30A, and a variety of shops, restaurants, and parks – this location cannot be beat!

The inviting porch is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the coastal breeze! As soon as you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a bright, open-concept living space filled with natural light. The wood ceilings throughout give the home a cozy, beachy feel, and the seamless flow from the living room to the dining room with a table and kitchen to the outdoor pool area makes it easy to enjoy the best of indoor and outdoor living.

Open the sliding glass doors from the living room, and you’ll step right out to the private pool, hot tub, fire pit, and spacious outdoor living area- ideal for relaxing or entertaining! There’s also a BBQ grill and an outdoor shower to wash off after a beach day!

Going back inside, the dining room offers a beautiful table that seats 10. The gourmet kitchen is a dream with sleek countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, and a large island with seating for 4. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal or a quick snack, this kitchen has it all. A mini wet bar/coffee bar is conveniently tucked in the corner, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.  Also on the first floor is the laundry room, a half bathroom, and the first master bedroom which features a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large glass shower, and a separate soaking tub.

Going upstairs, you'll find a secondary living room with access out to a balcony overlooking the pool area, along with the 4 remaining bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms feature a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The final bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Located in the ultra-desirable neighborhood of Eastern Lake in Seagrove Beach, nestled between the neighboring towns of Seacrest, Seaside, and WaterColor (2 miles to the west on 30A). This exceptional home offers both privacy and accessibility, making it an ideal coastal escape with everything you need just steps away!

Guest access

There is parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway!

Other things to note

• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the hot tub/spa separately for the rate of $50 per day.
• LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
