The space

Welcome to 'Three Little Shells!'

This gorgeous home is just a 5-minute walk to the beach and the shimmering waters of the Gulf, loaded with everything you need and more!

As you enter the home, you’re welcomed into the first-floor living area tucked behind a charming barn door. This flexible space can easily be used as additional sleeping space if needed, featuring a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, TV, and pool table for entertainment! A full bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower is located on this floor, along with a washer and dryer.

From the living area, step outside to the screened-in back patio, where you'll find a cozy sitting area with a TV, dining table, and a built-in outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill, sink, and mini fridge. Just beyond the patio is your own outdoor oasis, complete with a huge private pool (one of the largest on 30A!), hot tub, fire pit, sun loungers, and outdoor shower- perfect for after a day at the beach!

Moving up to the second floor is where the first three bedrooms are located. First is the master bedroom, featuring a King bed, walk-in closet, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The second bedroom also features a King bed, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The final bedroom on this floor is a bunk room, with three sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

Up on the third floor is the heart of the home, with 18-foot vaulted ceilings and oversized windows creating lots of beautiful natural lighting. You're immediately welcomed by the chef's kitchen, which is complete with high-end appliances, a separate walk-in pantry, and a huge island with seating for 5. Just across from the kitchen is a stylish built-in wet bar, perfect for making morning coffee or evening cocktails. The open-concept floor plan flows seamlessly into the dining room with a lovely table for 8, and then into the living room with a cozy fireplace.

Sliding glass doors take you out to the covered balcony with a daybed swing, and a spiral staircase that leads up to the 4th-floor lookout with stunning views of the Gulf and Camp Creek Lake!

Additional features include automated window shades in all bedrooms, the first-floor living area, and stairwell, as well as a full-home SONOS speaker system throughout the kitchen, living room, decks, porches, and master bathroom.

This location is exceptional and is perfectly positioned, just a quick LSV/golf cart or bike ride to some of 30A's most treasured and prestigious destinations like The Big Chill, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach, all of which are less than 1.5 miles away!

Guest access

There is parking for 1 car in the grarage along with the LSV/golf cart, and an additional 5-6 spaces in the driveway.

Other things to note

• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
• The LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, hot tub, LSV/golf cart, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
