Welcome to 'Sunny dAZe!'

This gorgeous, brand NEW construction home features 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and is loaded with everything you need for a perfect vacation!

Step onto the front porch, where you’ll find cozy chairs and a beautiful daybed swing—the perfect spot to relax with your morning coffee or unwind in the evening!

As you walk into this custom-built home in Seacrest Beach, you’re greeted by an open and inviting space filled with natural light. The first floor features an open-concept floor plan, flowing from the comfortable living room into the dining area and kitchen. The chef’s kitchen steals the show with its stunning quartz waterfall island, professional-grade Sub-Zero and Thermador appliances, including a 48” professional-grade refrigerator, gas range with a double oven, a wine fridge, ice maker, drawer microwave, and not one but two sinks, making this space perfect for entertaining!

Also on the first floor, there is a half bathroom plus a guest bedroom featuring a King bed, outdoor access, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

Making your way up to the second floor, you'll find the laundry room (with a sink!) and three additional bedrooms. The first is the Master suite featuring a King bed, a private balcony with a daybed swing, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. For the other two bedrooms on this floor, one has a King bed, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. The other has a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

On the third floor, you’ll find an entertainment haven with a media room with Queen sleeper sofa, a wet bar with an additional ice maker and beverage fridge, and a large covered porch with outdoor seating and dining space.

The third-floor bunk room is perfect for kids, with three sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a stylish glass shower!

For added convenience, there are 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella available at the home for guests to enjoy!

There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway.

Guest access

Guests will have complimentary access to the private deeded Seacrest beach, and the Seacrest community pool. There's a charming new cafe right next to the pool that serves delicious food and drinks, so you can refuel without leaving the area!

There is also a complimentary tram to and from the beach that stops right outside of the home!

Other things to note

• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
