The space

Welcome to 'Suite Dreams!'

Located right in the heart of Seacrest, this charming second-floor condo places you directly above some of the best shopping, dining, and entertainment along 30A, making it the perfect spot for a convenient and fun coastal getaway!

Step inside to a thoughtfully designed studio layout. As you enter, you'll first find the kitchenette, complete with a microwave, sink, and mini fridge- perfect for preparing quick meals or snacks. Just beyond is a charming dining table with seating 4. The space opens into a comfortable living area with a sofa and TV, with the Queen bed tucked right behind it, creating a cozy and functional setup. There is also a full bathroom attached to this space, with a shower/tub combination.

There is parking available for one vehicle.

Step outside and take advantage of The Village of South Walton’s fantastic amenities, including two community pools (one zero-entry) and a hot tub, located just steps from the condo. One of the pools is seasonally heated, making it great year-round. Guests also have access to the Seacrest resort-style community pool, along with a complimentary beach tram for easy access to the sand, though the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away!

With this unbeatable location, you’re just steps from local favorites in both Seacrest and Rosemary Beach, offering endless options for dining, shopping, and entertainment right outside your door!

Guest access

Guests will have access to The Village's two community pools (one is heated!), hot tub, and community BBQ grills, as well as a complimentary tram to and from the private deeded beach access (March-October). Though it is within walking distance!

Guests will also have complimentary access to the Seacrest resort-style community pool. There's a charming new cafe right next to the pool that serves delicious food and drinks, so you can refuel without leaving the area!

Other things to note

• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by any amenities provided to guests.
