The space

Welcome to 'Sugar Magnolia!'

Perfectly located in the heart of Grayton Beach, Sugar Magnolia puts you just a short walk from the beach and close to some of the best dining, shopping, and local favorites along 30A!

A welcoming front porch with comfortable seating offers a great spot to relax and enjoy the laid-back Grayton Beach atmosphere. Just steps away in the front yard, you’ll find a fire pit surrounded by chairs, perfect for gathering together and winding down in the evenings.

Step inside, where the open-concept living space makes it easy for everyone to gather. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a TV, while the nearby dining area provides plenty of room to enjoy meals together. The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, ample cabinetry, an island with seating for 3, and a walk-in pantry with a convenient coffee station. Also on the first floor is a den with an additional sofa, a half bathroom, laundry room, and the first spacious master bedroom. This bedroom features a King bed and a private en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower.

Just off the living room, step onto the screened-in back porch, complete with seating and a dining table overlooking the backyard. From here, head directly out to the back deck with your own private pool, another outdoor dining table, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find four additional bedrooms, an extra bunk room, and a second laundry room. The second master bedroom features a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. Another bedroom has a King bed and connects through a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with dual vanities and a shower/tub combination to the next bedroom, which features two Full beds. The fourth bedroom on this floor has one Full-over-Full bunk bed, and there's an additional bunk room with another Full-over-Full bunk bed. These two rooms share a nearby hallway bathroom with a glass shower. Step outside from the hallway onto the second-floor balcony for another spot to enjoy the coastal breeze.

Heading all the way up to the third floor, the game room offers even more space for everyone to relax and hang out. Complete with comfortable seating, a TV, an air hockey table, and a half bathroom, it’s the perfect spot for movie nights or a little friendly competition. The game room opens directly onto a balcony with beautiful Gulf views, giving you another great place to take in the scenery!

Located less than a 5-minute walk away from the nearest beach access, with Grayton Dunes Beach Access right nearby as well!

Best of all, you’ll be within walking distance to delicious dining and entertainment, including The Red Bar, AJ's, and plenty of other Grayton Beach favorites. You can also hop on the included LSV/golf cart or bikes to cruise around and explore more of 30A!

Guest access

There is parking available for 3-4 cars in the driveways! Please note that the garage is reserved for the included LSV/golf cart.

Other things to note

• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Pool heating is available from October 1st - April 30th for $50/night, and must be added for the full duration of your stay. Pool heating must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours before check-in so we can have the pool heated and ready for your arrival.
• LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or Stinky's to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund, minus a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, LSV/golf cart, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
