NatureWalk amenities include a ZERO-ENTRY pool, hot tub, nature trail to the beach, fire pits, playground, hammocks & walking trails (literally right next to the home!).

The space

Welcome to 'Southern Grace!'

Start your stay on the inviting front porch, a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or take in the fresh coastal air.

Step inside as natural light fills the spacious open-concept living area, offering peaceful views of the private saltwater pool and lush wooded surroundings. The main living room, complete with a cozy fireplace, creates the perfect place to relax. Just beyond, the dining area features a beautiful wooden table that flows seamlessly into the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island with seating for 4.

Past the kitchen, you'll find a SECOND living room, ideal for movie nights or casual lounging. This living space opens directly onto the pool deck. 

Outside, enjoy your own private saltwater pool - oversized and complete with fountains!  Lounge on the sun loungers as you gaze at the pond/fountain beside the home! There is also a fire pit, a gas BBQ grill, and a shaded seating area, plus an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach!

Upstairs are 4 designer bedrooms. The spacious master suite features a King bed, a private screened-in balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The second bedroom has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom includes a Queen bed, access to a shared screened-in balcony, and shares a hallway bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. The fourth bedroom has two Twin beds plus a Twin rollaway, access to the shared screened-in balcony, and also shares the hallway bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower.

Backing up to the peaceful Point Washington State Forest, this home offers exceptional privacy, with lots of tranquil tree views. 

You’re just a short walk to the NatureWalk community pool + other amenities, and the beach, shops, and restaurants are only a quick LSV/golf cart ride away. Don't forget to take the bikes to explore the area more, and along the trails that run directly next to the home!

There is also a pack n' play and air mattress at the home for guests' use!

Guest access

There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway. There are additional free parking areas located throughout the community.

Guests have access to NatureWalk’s exceptional community amenities, including the zero-entry lagoon-style pool, seasonally heated lap pool, shaded children’s splash area, hot tub, fire pits, BBQ grills, playground, pickleball + volleyball courts, and miles of walking trails through beautiful nature preserves. NatureWalk also offers a private scenic pathway, the Lilly Lane Beach Trail, which leads directly to San Juan Avenue public beach access.

Other things to note

• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
