The space

Welcome to 'Shamrocks by the Sea!'

This beautiful home is located in the desirable Watercolor community, directly across from the Dragonfly Pool and next to one of the neighborhood's picturesque parks.

JUST renovated- including a brand new 6-seater LSV, fresh interior paint throughout, new HVAC system, upgraded bedrooms/bathrooms, renovated kitchen, updated balcony/outdoor furnishings, rec room in the garage, and more!

The main floor features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area – perfect for family gatherings. Gorgeous wide-plank pine floors flow throughout, and the kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, new granite countertops, and room at the breakfast bar for four on the new designer barstools. Also on the first floor is the laundry room and a powder room for added convenience.

Step outside onto the screened-in porch, with new outdoor lounge set, which leads directly out to beautifully landscaped walking paths winding throughout the community. The home also includes an outdoor shower to rinse off after a fun day at the beach!

As you make your way upstairs, you'll find the master suite featuring a King bed, private balcony shaded by beautiful trees, and a stunning en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a large walk-in shower.

There are three additional guest bedrooms on this floor, with plenty of room to spread out and walk-in closets for your convenience. The first two bedrooms both feature en-suite bathrooms, one having a King bed and the other having a Queen bed. The last room is a bunk room with one set of built-in Twin Xl-over-Twin XL bunks.

The garage was just recently converted into a rec room, including a ping pong table, pub table, and fridge!

For parking, there are 2 available spaces in the driveway, with additional parking pads located throughout the WaterColor community.

This house comes with a maximum of 10 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there may be sleeping arrangements in the home for more.  Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the Gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.

The Dragonfly Pool and hot tub + outdoor fireplace + community grilling area is just steps from the home! The Beach Club is less than 2 miles away, and Camp WaterColor is about a 3 minute bike ride. The ultra desirable and stunning location of this home cannot be beat!!

The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

The wristbands for access to these amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.

Other things to note

• Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
• In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
• Weddings and other similar events are not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• The LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
