The space

Welcome to 'Rosecrest!'

Perfectly located in Seacrest bordering Rosemary Beach, this home puts you just steps from the best of 30A!

Step inside on the first floor, where you’ll find a comfortable secondary living area with a Queen sleeper sofa and TV, providing an additional spot to relax or watch a movie. This floor also includes the first bedroom, complete with a King bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Moving up to the second floor, the open-concept layout brings everyone together. The spacious living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a large TV, while the nearby dining table seats 8. Step outside from the living room onto the balcony, where additional seating provides a great spot to enjoy the coastal breeze. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, a gas range, ample cabinetry, and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. Also on the second floor is a bunk room with one Twin-over-Twin bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower, making it a great setup for kids! At the end of the second-floor hallway, you'll find another small balcony, offering even more outdoor space to relax.

The third floor features the laundry room, along with the three remaining bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed and a private en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The other two bedrooms on this floor both have King beds and share a nearby hallway bathroom featuring dual vanities and a shower/tub combination.

There is parking available for up to 4 cars, with space for 2 in the garage and another 2 in the driveway.

Enjoy access to The Village of South Walton's resort complex, with two community pools (one Zero-Entry!) literally just steps away! One of the community pools is heated during the colder months! Guests will also have access to a complimentary tram to and from the beach- but it's less than a 5-minute walk!

Guest access

Guests will have access to The Village's two community pools (one is heated!), hot tub, and community BBQ grills, as well as a complimentary tram to and from the private deeded beach access (March-October). Though it is within walking distance!

Other things to note

• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Smoking is prohibited.
• Please note that the elevator in the home is not for guests' use.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund, minus a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
