Welcome to 'Rising Tides!'

This charming 4th-floor studio is the perfect coastal retreat for a couple or single person or small group, offering comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location in Seacrest along 30A! 

Step inside to a thoughtfully designed studio layout featuring a Queen bed, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a convenient kitchenette complete with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and island seating for 2, perfect for preparing beach-day essentials. There is also a bathroom with a shower/tub combination for added convenience.

Outside on your private balcony, you’ll find comfortable seating plus an outdoor dining table, all with gorgeous views of the Gulf and the community pool/hot tub! 

Guests will have access to the fantastic community amenities at the Inn at Seacrest, including a large community pool, a hot tub, and a BBQ area for grilling and outdoor dining.

The building features an elevator for step-free access, and there is parking available for one vehicle.

Located just under half a mile from the deeded beach access, you’re within easy walking distance to the beautiful shores of 30A. You’re also conveniently close to some of the area’s best dining, shopping, and entertainment, with Alys and Rosemary Beaches just minutes away!

Guests can also enjoy access to the Inn at Seacrest's community amenities, including a large pool, hot tub, BBQ grilling area, and on-site laundry facilities.

Other things to note

• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by any amenities provided to guests.
