The space

Welcome to 'Palmetto Sands!'

Perfectly positioned directly along 30A, this gorgeous WaterColor condo puts you just across from the WaterColor Beach Club and within easy walking distance of Seaside!

Step inside to a beautifully designed interior featuring stylish coastal decor, gorgeous hardwood floors, and high-end finishes throughout. The open living area offers a comfortable place to relax, complete with a TV and Sonos sound system for movie nights. Just nearby, the dining room offers a charming wooden table for 6. The fully equipped kitchen features white quartz countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of counter space for preparing meals.

Outside, enjoy the spacious wraparound balcony overlooking 30A. With Adirondack seating for 6, there’s plenty of room to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the coastal breeze. The side of the porch is screened-in, featuring an outdoor dining table, creating the perfect spot for meals outdoors.

The master bedroom is complete with a King bed and a private en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. The second bedroom also includes a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a shower/tub combination, and a washer/dryer. An additional sleeping area offers one set of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, making it a great option for families or small groups.

There is parking available for 2 cars. The building also offers an elevator, so you can skip the stairs and access your unit with ease!

Located just a quick walk from the WaterColor Beach Club pools and private beach access, with tons of community pools, scenic trails, restaurants, and shopping all nearby as well! Whether you're spending the day on the beach, relaxing on the balconies, or exploring 30A by bike, this home puts you right in the middle of it all!

This house comes with a maximum of 6 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there may be sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the Gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.

The WaterColor Beach Club is just steps from the home, featuring a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, an additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and a third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf! The ultra-desirable location of this home cannot be beat, especially for families!!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with a monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

These accesses are included in the nightly rate and are NO additional charge to the guests.

Other things to note

• Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
• In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund, minus a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
• All WaterColor condos have unassigned parking tags that work for parking anywhere throughout the WaterColor community.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons.
