The space

Welcome to "Harper Cottage!"

Located in the heart of Rosemary Beach, this charming coastal home offers plenty of space for families and groups to relax, gather, and enjoy the best of 30A.

On the first floor, the open-concept living space makes gathering together easy. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a TV for relaxing evenings, centered around a cozy fireplace. The nearby dining area provides the perfect setting for shared meals, complete with a charming dining table for 8 and an adjacent stylish wet bar. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, marble countertops, a limestone backsplash, and a spacious island with seating for 4. Also on the first floor is a half bathroom and the first bedroom, which has a Queen bed, access to the pool deck, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

Head outside to the secluded courtyard, where you’ll find your own private saltwater pool surrounded by comfortable outdoor seating. The courtyard offers a peaceful place to spend the afternoon, and the built-in grill makes it easy to enjoy dinner outside. An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off after a day at the beach!

Moving upstairs, the second floor features another bedroom, complete with a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. This level also provides access to the carriage house from the balcony, making it easy to move between the two spaces.

On the third floor, you'll find the spacious master bedroom, complete with a King bed, private sitting area with a desk, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. This floor also includes the laundry room and a bunk bedroom with one set of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, a reading nook, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Above the garage, the separate carriage house provides even more flexibility and privacy. This space features its own living area, full kitchen with island seating for 5, a laundry room, and a Queen bedroom with a private bathroom with a glass shower.

There is parking available for 2 cars in the garage.

As part of the Rosemary Beach community, guests can also enjoy access to the Cabana Pool and playground just a 1-minute walk away! The pool includes a section specifically designed for smaller children, as well as a connecting playground, providing plenty of entertainment!

It is also just a short walk to the beach, as well as the other three community pools (including an indoor pool!), tennis courts, and scenic sand & boardwalk trails! Don't forget to take the included bikes to explore the area also!

Guests will have complimentary access to Rosemary Beach's premier community amenities, including 4 luxurious community pools, tennis courts, and scenic trails throughout the neighborhood! Access to the fitness center is available at an additional cost.

Rosemary Beach Community Pools:

Cabana Pool (Closest to the Home)

• Centrally located in Rosemary Beach, the Cabana Pool is ideal for families and guests of all ages. It features a dedicated children’s pool, an attached playground, and charming Mediterranean-style architecture. There are also sunbeds shaded by greenery for extra relaxation. Open daily 9AM - 9PM.

Coquina Pool

• Located near the Eastern Green and just steps from the beach, the Coquina Pool offers a relaxing, beachside atmosphere. Its negative-edge design and one consistent depth make it ideal for peaceful lounging and soaking up the stunning beachside views. Open daily 9AM - 9PM.

Barbados Pool

• Located near the Town Center on the south side of 30A, the Barbados Pool offers an elegant, tranquil retreat inspired by French West Indies architecture. With shaded areas and a beautiful fountain, it’s the perfect spot to unwind after shopping, dining, or exploring Rosemary Beach. Open daily 9AM - 9PM.

Sky Pool

• The Sky Pool is a year-round, indoor heated pool located on the northeast side of the community. With a motorized roof, heated decking, built-in bench seating, and three lap lanes, it’s ideal for cooler days, rainy afternoons, or peaceful early-morning swims. Open daily 6AM - 10PM. Adult-only hours: 6–9AM & 8–10PM.

Other things to note

• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out/early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund, minus a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
