The space

Welcome to 'Coastal Grace!'

Just STEPS from the beach access, this newly built home has been thoughtfully designed to deliver an unforgettable 30A getaway!

Upon arrival, you’re welcomed in by your private backyard oasis, where a resort-style pool invites you to relax and unwind. The pool deck features sun loungers for soaking up the Florida sun, along with a covered outdoor living area complete with cozy outdoor seating and a TV, an outdoor dining table, and a built-in outdoor kitchen, making it easy to enjoy meals outside! A convenient half bathroom is located just off the covered seating area.

Inside on the first floor, you’ll find a spacious secondary living room, ideal for movie nights or providing more space for kids and/or adults to spread out and relax. Glass doors open directly from this space to the pool deck, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living. Right off the living room, there is a built-in dry bar, a half bathroom, and an expansive laundry room with a sink and ample cabinet/counter space for added storage. Also on this floor is the first bedroom, complete with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find 5 additional bedrooms, a second laundry room, and another half bathroom. Three King bedrooms each feature en-suite bathrooms with dual vanities and glass showers, with one offering access to two separate balconies. This floor also includes two bunk rooms, the first with one set of Full-over-Full bunks and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The other bunk room has two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunks, a living area with a TV and a sleeper sofa, and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The third floor is truly the heart of the home, featuring the main living space filled with natural light and breathtaking Gulf views. The open-concept living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, with stunning Gulf views pouring in through the windows. Just past, the dining room is complete with two beautiful dining tables seating 10 each, perfect for enjoying meals together. Directly behind the dining room is a built-in wet bar for added convenience. The chef's kitchen is fully-equipped with two large waterfall islands (each with a sink and seating for 4), dual ovens, a 6-burner stove with part griddle, and ample prep and counter space!

From the kitchen, step out onto two different balconies- one with an outdoor dining table flanked with stunning Gulf views, and the other with additional seating which is perfect for enjoying the fresh coastal breeze.

Also on the third floor is the master bedroom, complete with a King bed, balcony access, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub.

Located just one home off the water, this home offers beautiful Gulf views throughout and is only steps from the beach access, making it easy to get to the sand and back!

Guest access

There is parking for 1 car in the garage along with the LSV/golf cart, plus an additional 4-5 cars in the driveway.

Other things to note

• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
• LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the east or the town of Seaside to the west. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, pool, bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
