The space

Welcome to 'Casa D'Azure!'

Just a short 2-minute walk from the sugar-white sand and emerald waters, this beautiful Seagrove Beach home is the perfect place for an unforgettable 30A getaway!

On the first floor, enjoy your own private backyard oasis. Surrounded by lush landscaping, the private pool is the perfect place to cool off and relax. Lounge poolside in one of the many chairs, fire up the BBQ grill for dinner, or gather around the shaded outdoor dining table for meals together. There's also an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

The main living space is located on the second floor, where an open-concept layout filled with natural light creates the perfect place for everyone to gather. The spacious living room offers plenty of comfortable seating centered around a large TV. Just beyond, the dining room features a beautiful table with seating for 10, making family dinners and game nights easy. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, complete with high-end appliances, gorgeous white cabinetry, and a large island with seating for 4.

A cozy second-floor landing opens up to a charming private balcony, which is the perfect spot to enjoy the coastal breeze. Also on the second floor, there's a convenient half bathroom along with the master bedroom, which features a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower.

Upstairs on the third floor, you'll find 5 additional bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to give everyone their own space. Three of these bedrooms each feature a King bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. Another King bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the bunk room, making it a great setup for families traveling together. The bunk room features two Full-over-Full bunk beds, sleeping up to 8 total. The laundry room is also conveniently located on this floor.

Located just a short walk from the beach, you're also just minutes from Seaside, Eastern Lake, local restaurants, shopping, and scenic biking trails. Whether you're relaxing by the pool, cruising in the LSV/golf cart, or spending the day on the beach, everything you need for an unforgettable coastal getaway is right around the corner!

Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway.

Other things to note

• Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size. 
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Smoking is prohibited.
• Please note that the elevator is not for guests' use.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund, minus a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
