Here’s a quick overview:
Seaside – Iconic, colorful, and perfect for shopping. Known for its pastel cottages and central square.
Grayton Beach – Quirky, artsy, and relaxed. Home to vintage shops, funky cafes, and one of 30A’s most loved beach bars.

Summer (June – August)

3. How do I get around once I'm there?
   

One of the best parts of vacationing on 30A is how easy and fun it is to get around! Whether you’re cruising from beach to beach or heading to a sunset dinner, there’s no need for a traditional car most of the time.

Almost all of our homes come equipped with an LSV (Low-Speed Vehicle), bikes, or both— making it effortless to explore and adventure. LSVs are street-legal on 30A, so you can take it up and down with ease! 30A also boasts miles of scenic bike paths to explore, including the Timpoochee Trail which stretches the entire length of the highway.

If your chosen home doesn’t include these and you'd like to have them, just let us know! We're happy to help arrange LSV or bike rentals to make getting around 30A even easier.

Please note: Some neighborhoods, such as Seacrest and Alys/Rosemary Beeches, do not allow LSVs to be driven or parked within the neighborhood. But don't worry, you can still use LSVs to pass through along Highway 30A. These areas are also incredibly walkable and bike-friendly, it’s part of the charm!

4. What's included and what do I need to pack?
   

One of the perks of staying with Southern Holiday Homes is that we’ve already handled the basics. From the moment you walk through the door, your vacation is ready to begin!

What’s already provided in your home:
-Beach chairs
-A selection of board games
-A laundry detergent pod for that mid-trip refresh
-A dish detergent pod for easy cleanup
-Trash bags for each can
-A roll of toilet paper and a hairdryer in each bathroom
