The space

Welcome to 'The Seagrove Escape!'

Brand new and perfectly located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, this spacious coastal retreat was designed for unforgettable group getaways!

Step inside on the first floor, where the fun begins with a game room featuring air hockey and shuffleboard, plus a cozy living area with comfortable seating and a TV. This floor also includes a full bathroom with a glass shower and the first bedroom, featuring four sets of Queen-over-Queen bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. With room to sleep up to 16 guests, this impressive bunk room is the perfect setup for kids and larger groups!

Head outside through the sliding glass doors to your own private resort-style retreat, complete with a sparkling pool and spa surrounded by sun loungers. There’s also cornhole for a little friendly competition! Under the covered patio, you’ll find a built-in outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill, sink, and mini fridge, along with an outdoor dining table and a comfortable lounge area with a TV. Whether you’re spending the day by the pool or grilling dinner outside, there’s plenty of space for everyone to hang out together.

Moving up to the second floor, you’ll find the main gathering spaces of the home. The open-concept living room offers plenty of comfortable seating centered around a cozy fireplace, creating an inviting place for everyone to relax together. Step through the living room onto the large covered balcony overlooking the pool, complete with an outdoor dining table for enjoying meals outside. Back inside, the dining area features a charming round table, while the fully equipped kitchen offers high-end appliances, a large pantry, and a spacious island with seating for 4. The second floor also includes a half bathroom and the second bedroom, featuring a King bed, balcony access, and a private en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower.

The third floor features three additional King bedrooms, along with the laundry room and a convenient wet bar with a sink and mini fridge. The spacious master bedroom includes balcony access and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large double-entry shower with dual showerheads, and a separate soaking tub. The other two bedrooms on this floor each have a King bed, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

All the way up on the fourth floor, you’ll find the final bedroom, complete with a King bed and a dedicated bathroom with a glass shower. This floor also opens onto a spacious covered balcony, offering another great spot to relax outside and enjoy the coastal breeze.

Located less than a 5-min walk from the Santa Clara regional beach access at the end of the street, which is equipped with parking, restrooms, lifeguards during season, and a ramped walkway down to the beach (don't have to use stairs)!

Plus, you're within walking distance to some of the best local restaurants and shopping! For even more adventure, hop on the included LSV/golf cart or bikes and explore everything that 30A has to offer!

Guest access

There is parking available for 1 car in the garage along with the LSV/golf cart, plus an additional 4-5 cars in the driveway!

Other things to note

• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Smoking is prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Please note that the elevator is not for guests' use.
• LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or past Stinky's restaurant to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, spa, LSV/golf cart, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
