The space

Welcome to 'The Aurelia on the Gulf!'

Located directly on the sand in a private gated community, this three-story home offers incredible Gulf views, along with a private beach walkover. You’re also just a short walk or bike ride from Alys and Rosemary Beach for some of the best dining and shopping along 30A!

The first floor is all about fun and relaxation. Enjoy a spacious game room with a pool table, poker/Mahjong table, gaming console and TV, plus a convenient kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator. Just nearby, the space transitions into a separate living area with direct views of the pool for a quieter place to unwind. This floor also includes a half bathroom, the laundry room, and two guest bedrooms. The first bedroom features two Full beds plus two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds (sleeps 8), and the other room is complete with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds (sleeps 4). Both of these bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a glass shower.

Moving upstairs, the second floor is truly the heart of the home. The spacious living room is bright and open, with large glass windows showcasing beautiful Gulf views and flowing natural light throughout. The living room features a fireplace and comfortable seating, along with a built-in wet bar and separate coffee station nearby.  The open-concept floor plan flows seamlessly into the dining area, with a beautiful wooden dining table for 8 underneath an elegant chandelier.  Just beyond, the gourmet kitchen is complete with a 6-burner stove, gorgeous white appliances, custom cabinetry, and island seating for 3.  

The expansive second-floor balcony offers ample seating and the best views of the Gulf. A covered section offers shaded lounge seating and an outdoor dining table, while the uncovered portion is perfect for soaking up the sun. From here, you have your own private walkover that leads directly to the beach!

Also on the second floor is an additional half bathroom, along with the first master bedroom that features a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

On the third floor, you'll find four more designer bedrooms. Two additional master bedrooms, both with a King bed, a private balcony, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. One of these masters also includes a soaking tub and some of the most breathtaking views in the home! The other two bedrooms on this floor also both have King beds, one with an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower, and the other uses a dedicated hallway bathroom with a glass shower. 

Outside, enjoy your own private oasis featuring a pool and hot tub with surrounding sun loungers. Just off the pool area, you’ll find a BBQ grill ideal for outdoor dining. There's also a charming putting green with corn hole along the side of the home, which offers a fun space for games!

Adjacent to the pool, the detached carriage house adds an additional layer of privacy, offering its own living area, kitchenette, laundry, and the final bedroom, which has a King bed and one set of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds (sleeps 4 total), a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. There is also a convenient half bathroom on the first floor of the carriage house, accessible from the pool area.

For added entertainment, enjoy a ping pong table and foosball in the garage, perfect for some friendly competition!

There is parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway.

Just steps to the beach with your own private walkover, you can't get any closer than this! Beach set-ups (6 chairs and 3 umbrellas) are provided complimentary for guests from March-October.

Guest access

Located ON the Gulf/beach on the South side of 30A, this gorgeous home is directly beachfront with PRIVATE deeded beach access! Located on a private gated street. Luxury and privacy!

Enjoy complimentary beach service, which includes a set-up of 6 beach chairs & 3 umbrellas (available March-October). Additional beach chairs may be purchased upon request. Please note that personal beach chairs are permitted.

There are also 6 bikes provided complimentary to guests.

Other things to note

• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, hot tub, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
