Welcome to 'Sunny Tides!'



This charming home is nestled along the peaceful greens of Puttering Park in Watersound, offering a private retreat in one of 30A’s most desirable neighborhoods!



Upon entering the home, you’re welcomed into an expansive open-concept living room, complete with a cozy fireplace and shiplap throughout. Just beyond, the dining area has a lovely large wooden table. The gourmet chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with high-end Viking appliances, a 6-burner stove with griddle, a pot filler, custom cabinetry, and island seating for 4. A few steps down from the main level, you’ll find a conveniently located half bathroom tucked right by the garage entrance. Also on the first floor is the laundry room (with 2 washers!) and the first bedroom, which features a King bed, an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower, and a private screened patio with a daybed swing for peaceful relaxation. 



Just off the living room, step onto the large screened-in porch with a fireplace and TV, offering direct access to the backyard with beautiful views of the park and pool. The backyard is a true private oasis, complete with a large private pool with a sun shelf, ample sun lounger seating, a gas BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower!



The second floor serves as a private retreat, dedicated completely to the second bedroom. This spacious suite includes a King bed, a kitchenette, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.



Moving up to the third floor, you'll find a secondary living area complete with a mini fridge, TV, and cozy built-in seating. This floor also includes three more bedrooms. The master bedroom is complete with a King bed, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. Another bedroom features a King bed, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The final bedroom is a bunk room, with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, which uses a dedicated hallway bathroom with a glass shower.



Head up the spiral staircase to the 4-floor loft, where you’ll find two Twin beds in a bright, airy space filled with natural light from surrounding windows. This loft offers a flexible sleeping area that’s perfect for spreading out or accommodating additional guests!



There is parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway. 



Don't forget to take advantage of the 4-seater LSV/golf cart and bikes to explore the beautiful community! Please note that the LSV/golf cart is only permitted to drive around the Watersound neighborhood, to the community pool, playground, and Puttering Park. Only 4-Seater LSVs/golf carts are allowed on wooden pathways.



Watersound Beach has a range of top-notch amenities, including a gated entrance, a community pool, a putting range (right next to the home), a fitness center, and tons of boardwalks for walking or biking. Direct beach access through Deer Lake State Park ensures you have all you need to embrace the beach lifestyle without all the crowds!

Guest access



Watersound Beach is one of the most private and secure communities along 30A, offering 24-hour security and gated entrances. You and your family can enjoy a tranquil, peaceful getaway where privacy is respected, and you won't have to worry about crowds!



The Dunesider Neighborhood pool is heated all winter long and also has a snack bar available Thursday-Sunday for breakfast and lunch items provided by the famous Old Florida Fish House.



Puttering Park is a family-friendly, 18-hole putting range for all to enjoy. A practice green is also available to hone your putting skills before heading out to play a round of golf at one of the area golf courses. Putters and balls are complimentary to use and available at the entrance guard checkpoint.



Bocci Ball courts are available throughout the community, along with miles of wooden boardwalks that all lead to the beach!



The Fitness Center is available for a small daily fee (charged to anyone over 18 who would like to access the workout facility).



The private, exclusive Watersound Beach makes this one of the most sought-after destinations to enjoy the Gulf Coast. The miles of inviting wooden walkways through the white sand dunes provide a peaceful setting, with direct access to enjoy the emerald-green waters of the Gulf.



Other things to note

• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.


• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.


• Smoking is strictly prohibited.


• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.


• Please note that the LSV/golf cart is not licensed for street use, it is only to be used inside the Watersound neighborhood. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.


• Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.


• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.


• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
