The space

Welcome to 'Shore Enough!'

This beautiful WaterColor home is loaded with everything you need and more for a perfect 30A getaway!

Step inside to a warm and inviting main living space featuring a cozy fireplace and an open-concept layout designed for gathering and entertaining. This area flows effortlessly into the dining room, complete with a large table for 10, making it perfect for shared meals after a day at the beach. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for everyday living and entertaining, featuring a 6-burner gas range with a part flat top griddle, dual ovens, and a large center island with seating for 4.

Off of the living area, the home opens up to a lovely screened-in back porch, with an outdoor sitting table and some additional comfortable seating. From here, step out to the backyard, which is features a beautiful pool with wall water features, a fire pit, a lounge area, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower, creating a true resort-style setting right at home!

Also on the first floor is the laundry room, a half bathroom, and the first bedroom, which is complete with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a shower/tub combination.

Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find a spacious secondary living area with a private balcony, another half bathroom, plus four additional bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed, a large walk-in closet, a private screened-in balcony, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. Two additional guest bedrooms each offer a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a glass shower. The last bedroom on this floor is a fun bunk room with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds.

A separate carriage house adds even more flexibility, featuring its own living area with a sleeper sofa, dining space, kitchenette with a sink, mini fridge, stovetop, and microwave, washer/dryer, and a private bedroom with a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

There is parking for 1 car in the garage, and an additional 2-3 cars in the driveway.

This house comes with a maximum of 14 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children 5 and under are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the Gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.

The WaterColor Dragonfly pool is a short walk from the home! Camp WaterColor is about a 4-minute LSV/golf cart ride. The WaterColor Beach Club is about a 7-minute LSV/golf cart ride from the home.

The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

The wristbands for access to these amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.

Other things to note

• Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance. The In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• The LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, fire pit, LSV/golf cart, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
