It is just a short bike ride to the extraordinary ultra-desirable 30A communities of Rosemary and Alys Beach. Take in the turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast and then lounge poolside with friends and loved ones! You're just steps away from the popular 12,000-square-foot community lagoon pool.

Ascending to the second floor, you'll find the second Master suite with a King bed, one set of Twin-over-Twin bunks, a flat-screen TV, and a shared jack-and-jill bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Another bedroom with two Queen beds shares this jack-and-jill bathroom. Just down the hall, you'll find another King bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The last bedroom has one set of Twin-over-Twin bunks. The vast second-floor deck is the perfect place to kick back with friends and loved ones over sundowners- all bedrooms have access to the deck!

SECOND FLOOR:

• Master Bedroom 2: King bed PLUS one set of Twin-over-Twin bunks, shared jack-and-jill Bathroom with shower/tub combination, private porch access
• Bedroom 3: Two Queen beds and a shared jack-and-jill bathroom with shower/tub combination and private porch access
• Bedroom 4: One Queen bed and a shared bathroom with shower/tub combination and private porch access
• Bedroom 5:  One set of Twin-over-Twin bunks and private porch access

Queen size air mattress and pack n' play kept in home and available for guests' use at no additional charge.

Guest Access

Guests will have complimentary access to the private deeded Seacrest beach, and the Seacrest community pool. There's a charming new cafe right next to the pool that serves delicious food and drinks, so you can refuel without leaving the area!

There is a complimentary tram that can be used to get to and from the beach that stops right in front of the home!

Other things to note

• Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size. 
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
