The space

Welcome to "Sandy Wishes!"

With peaceful park views and some of WaterColor’s best amenities close by, this condo makes it easy to enjoy the best of 30A!

Step inside to a bright and inviting living room, where multiple French doors open onto the expansive wraparound balcony and fill the space with natural light. Step outside to relax and take in beautiful views of Cerulean Park, complete with its lush landscaping and charming fountains. The side of the balcony is screened in and features an outdoor dining table, creating the perfect spot for morning coffee or outdoor meals.

Back inside, the open layout flows into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances, plenty of cabinetry and counter space, plus bar seating for 4.

Down the hallway, the master bedroom features a King bed, a private Juliet balcony, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a large glass shower with an enclosed soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a unique bunk-style setup with a King bed below and two Twin beds above, making it a great space for families or kids.

Located within easy walking distance of the WaterColor Beach Club, beach access, tennis courts, shops, restaurants, and more! Stroll through Cerulean Park right outside your door, hop the bikes to explore the community, or head into nearby Seaside for even more dining, shopping, and 30A favorites!

This house comes with a maximum of 6 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there may be sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the Gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.

The WaterColor Beach Club is just steps from the home, featuring a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, an additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and a third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf! The ultra-desirable location of this home cannot be beat, especially for families!!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with a monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

These accesses are included in the nightly rate and are NO additional charge to the guests.

Other things to note

• Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
• In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• All WaterColor condos have unassigned parking tags that work for parking anywhere throughout the WaterColor community.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons.
