The space

Welcome to 'Peaceful Pause!'

Located in WaterColor’s Camp District, this charming home offers a peaceful setting surrounded by beautiful wooded views while keeping you close to Camp WaterColor, community pools, nature trails, and more!

A welcoming front porch with comfortable seating invites you inside, where you’ll find a cozy sitting room tucked just off the entryway. Complete with a comfortable sofa and TV, it’s the perfect spot to relax or enjoy a little quiet time.

Continue down the hall to the open-concept living area, where the kitchen, dining room, and main living room come together in a bright and inviting space. The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, gorgeous white cabinetry, and a spacious island with seating for 4. Just nearby, the dining table provides plenty of room to share meals, and the inviting living room offers comfortable seating and a TV for relaxing after a day at the beach. Large windows and doors bring in plenty of natural light and provide views of the back porch.

Also on the first floor are the laundry room, a half bathroom, and the first bedroom, featuring a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower.

Head outside to enjoy the shaded back porch and peaceful wooded surroundings. Steps lead you down to a side patio featuring a built-in outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill and mini fridge, along with a large outdoor dining table which provides plenty of room to gather for a meal and enjoy the coastal breeze.

Moving up to the second floor, you’ll find a convenient desk area, along with the remaining three bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features a King bed, a private balcony with a daybed swing, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. Another bedroom includes a King bed plus one Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, a private balcony with a daybed swing, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The final bedroom features a King bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

There is parking available for 2-3 cars in the driveway, depending on size. This home also comes with 1 additional parking pass for use at the WaterColor community parking pads.

This home is perfectly positioned just a short walk from Camp WaterColor, making for easy and quick access! Also enjoy easy access to sugar-white sand beaches, multiple community pools, nature trails, restaurants, shopping, and all of the amenities that make this area one of the most sought-after destinations along 30A. This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.

Camp WaterColor is only a 2-min walk from the home, making it a dream to not have to worry about parking when the lot is full! The Beach Club is less than a 5-minute LSV/golf cart ride. The ultra-desirable location of this home cannot be beat especially for families!!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

These accesses are included in the nightly rate and are NO additional charge to the guests.

Other things to note

• Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
• In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Smoking is prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• The LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund, minus a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes, LSV/golf cart, or other amenities provided to guests.
