• Bunk room - - 2 sets of twin over twin bunks (4 beds), shared bathroom with tub/shower combo (no door on this space)

There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway. There are additional free parking areas throughout the community.

Please note the garage is not accessible to guests.

BEACH ACCESS:

The NatureWalk community boasts a private scenic pathway through nature preserves leading to the beach. The Lilly Lane Beach Trail located near 'The Gathering Place' ends at the San Juan Avenue public beach access, about 1 mile away. The best way to get there is to use the provided bikes!

Other things to note

• Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size. 
• Please note the neighborhood and management team enforces quiet hours after 10pm, and be mindful of noise levels to respect the surrounding residents/guests.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• No pets and no smoking allowed on the premises.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.  Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
