Welcome to 'Maison Bleu!'



This brand new, beautifully designed, three-story home in Seacrest offers the perfect blend of upscale comfort and coastal charm!



Upon entering the first floor, you’re welcomed into a bright and inviting living room that flows seamlessly into the dining area. Just beyond, the gourmet kitchen is complete with high-end appliances, beautiful white cabinetry, and island seating for 3. The open layout makes it easy to spend time together, whether you’re preparing meals or relaxing after a day at the beach! Also on this level is the laundry room plus the first master bedroom, which features a King bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a glass shower, perfect for guests who prefer to stay on the main floor.



Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features a King bed, a private balcony, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The other bedroom on this floor has 4 Twin beds with 2 Twin trundles, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a shower/tub combination.



The third floor features an additional living area complete with a wet bar and full-size fridge, creating the perfect hangout space or extra room to spread out! This level also includes a second master bedroom with a King bed, a Twin-sized sleeper chair, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower.



Step out from the third-floor living area to the expansive balcony, complete with an outdoor dining table, TV, and a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a BBQ grill and sink! This balcony is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy stunning sunset views!



There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway, along with multiple parking pads located throughout the community.



Located just steps from the Seacrest Beach shuttle stop,  it’s easy to hop on and head straight to the beautiful white-sand beaches, or only a 5-min walk! Throughout the neighborhood, you’ll find charming cafés, delicious dining spots, boutique shops, and more! Just a short walk or bike ride away are the scenic towns of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach!

Guest access



Guests will have complimentary access to the private deeded Seacrest beach, and the Seacrest community pool. There's a charming new cafe right next to the pool that serves delicious food and drinks, so you can refuel without leaving the area!



There is also a complimentary tram to and from the beach that stops right outside of the home!



Other things to note

• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher & laundry pods for your stay.


• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees (please inquire for availability to accommodate).


• Smoking is strictly prohibited.


• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.


• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.


• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
