This one-of-a-kind retreat offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of America and white sand beaches of 30A, along with unmatched privacy!



As you step inside to the main living room, enjoy a fireplace and  large TV, perfect for relaxing or gathering with friends and family. Nearby, the elegant dining room features a second fireplace and a beautiful large table. The adjacent Tuscan-inspired chef’s kitchen is a showstopper, complete with dual ovens, dual faucets on the sink, a walk-in pantry with a mini fridge, and a spacious eat-in island. There is some extra seating right behind the island, as well as wine fridges on both sides of the kitchen.



Past the kitchen, you'll find a second living room with a TV and cozy couch - a great space for kids to hang out or have movie nights. The first floor also includes a half bathroom and a guest bedroom with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.



From the main living room, step out to a spacious back porch with plenty of comfortable seating.  Past the porch, enjoy the pool deck featuring a private heated pool, sun loungers, an outdoor fireplace, an outdoor dining table, and a gas BBQ grill. The beautifully landscaped backyard also provides plenty of additional space to hang out and even some shade, and your private boardwalk leads directly to your private beach! There is also an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a fun beach day.



Ascending to the second floor, you'll find the laundry room along with 4 additional bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed, an attached sitting area with breathtaking Gulf views that opens up to an expansive private balcony, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The second bedroom on this floor also has a King bed, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. Attached to this room is a bunk bedroom with one set of Full-over-Full bunk beds. The last bedroom has a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Finally, there is an additional bunk space off the hallway, with one set of built-in Twin-over-Twin bunk beds.



With the beach right in your backyard with your own private walkover, there's no need to take your car anywhere! You can also take the included LSV/golf cart or bikes to explore the area- it is just a few minutes to tons of local restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues (some favorites are even easily walkable)!



With Gulf views, private beach access, designer finishes, and thoughtful indoor/outdoor living spaces, 'Bramble Beach' is a truly unforgettable coastal retreat, perfect for family getaways or luxury escapes along 30A!



*We also manage the home right next door to this one, if you have a large group but still want to stay close! It is Seaglass (8 bedrooms- sleeps 24). Based on availability, these homes can be rented out at the same time. Please see circled picture!

There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway!



This home is located ON the beach and just 1 miles directly down 30A to the center of Seaside, an easy walk or bike ride away for coffee or a glass of wine!



Other things to note

• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.


• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.


• Smoking is strictly prohibited.


• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.


• LSV/Golf Cart is not to be driven past the town of Watercolor to the West or past The Big Chill to the East. Resolving any issue from the LSV/Golf Cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.


• Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.


• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/Golf Cart, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
