Welcome to 'Let's Play 30A!'

This home is loaded with everything you need for a perfect 30A getaway!

Outside, enjoy your own private backyard oasis, where seamless indoor-outdoor living makes it easy to enjoy every moment of your stay! The sparkling private pool and hot tub are surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and a large umbrella, creating the perfect spot to spend sunny afternoons swimming, soaking, or relaxing poolside. A convenient half bathroom with a washer/dryer sits just off the pool, along with an outdoor shower that makes rinsing off after a day at the beach a breeze. Beyond the pool deck, a spacious grassy yard provides plenty of space for kids to run, play, and enjoy the sunshine.

Beneath the covered deck, you’ll find a cozy outdoor sitting area with comfortable wicker seating and a fire table, perfect for gathering with family and friends in the evenings. Just a few steps up, another inviting living area provides even more space to unwind, complete with a large sofa, chairs, a fireplace, and a TV. Just beyond, the outdoor dining table and built-in kitchen with a BBQ grill, sink, and mini fridge make preparing meals and dining outside easy. With plenty of room to swim, lounge, dine, and gather, this space is sure to be a favorite spot for the whole group!

Head upstairs to the second floor, where you’ll find the home’s main indoor living space. The inviting living room offers comfortable seating, a fireplace, and TV, creating the perfect place to relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen is right nearby, featuring high-end appliances, ample counter space, gorgeous white cabinetry, and bar seating for 4.

Step out from the living room onto the second-floor balcony to enjoy another charming outdoor retreat! A large outdoor dining table and BBQ grill sit beneath glowing string lights, creating a lovely setting for outdoor dinners and relaxing evenings.

Also on the second floor, the master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a Queen bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. This bedroom also opens onto a cozy screened-in balcony with comfortable seating and string lights, providing a quiet spot to hang out. This charming balcony also connects down to the backyard, offering convenient access to the outdoor spaces.

The entire third floor is dedicated to the second bedroom, offering a private retreat tucked away from the rest of the home. Featuring two sets of Twin-over-Queen bunk beds, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower, it’s the perfect setup for kids, teens, or additional guests to have a space of their own.

Enjoy a fantastic location less than a 10-min walk from 2 different beach access points, making it easy to enjoy the sugary-white sands! You’re also within easy walking and biking distance of local favorites, including Greenway Station, Old Florida Fish House, Beachy Bean Coffee Co., Steamboat Grill, and more. Plus, you’re a quick LSV/golf cart ride away from The Big Chill and Seaside!

There is parking available for 2-3 cars in the driveway!

Other things to note

• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. Any bushes/foliage on the property driven over by cars and/or the LSV/golf cart will be charged to renters.
• Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool and hot tub/spa heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund, minus a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, hot tub, or other amenities provided to guests.
