The space

Welcome to 'Emerald Vibes!'

Tucked in the heart of Seagrove Beach, this luxury coastal retreat blends elevated design with effortless 30A living.

Step inside to bright, open living spaces filled with natural light, soaring 12’ ceilings, and refined coastal details throughout. The main living room features elegant shiplap walls, beautiful hardwood floors, and a stylish decorative fireplace that creates an inviting atmosphere. This space flows effortlessly into the dining room, where a charming wooden table seats up to 8. Just nearby, a convenient wet bar is perfect for making drinks. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for group meals, featuring an 8-burner stove, dual ovens, a built-in coffee/snack station, and a large island with seating for 4.

Just off the living room, you'll find the expansive screened-in patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The screened-in private pool offers a peaceful place to cool off and relax, while the spacious patio provides plenty of room for lounging. Beyond the patio, the backyard is surrounded by peaceful protected wetlands, offering beautiful natural views and an added sense of privacy. The outdoor space also features a BBQ grill, ample green space for gathering or playing, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Also on the first floor, you'll find a half bathroom as well as the first bedroom, which has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

Moving up to the second floor, you'll find a spacious media room with a TV, the laundry room, plus 4 additional bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed, a private balcony with comfortable seating and an outdoor dining table, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The second bedroom on this floor offers a King bed, access to a shared balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Another guest bedroom features a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The final bedroom on this floor is a bunk room with one Twin-over-Twin bunk bed and also has access to the shared balcony.

Above the garage, the private carriage house provides additional space for guests. Complete with a full kitchen, a cozy living area, a separate washer/dryer, and 2 additional bedrooms, it's perfect for those looking for a little extra privacy. The first bedroom has a Queen bed, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The second bedroom also has a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Unique coastal wallpaper can be found all throughout both the main home and carriage house, adding character, charm, and a fun coastal flair to the space!

Guest access

There is parking available for 2 cars in the garage, 2 cars in the driveway, and 1 car in the carport.

Other things to note

• Please note that the fireplace is only decorative, and not for guests' use.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool or other amenities provided to guests.
