The space

Welcome to "Camp Creek Villa!"

This 4-story luxury retreat overlooks the Gulf and Camp Creek Lake and comes loaded with amenities, making it the perfect 30A getaway destination!

The first floor of this home is made for fun and relaxation. As you first walk in, enjoy a spacious game room complete with a ping pong table, a built-in wet bar with a sitting area, and a cozy living area with a large TV. Down the hall, you’ll find the first laundry room and the first bedroom, which has three sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds. This bedroom uses the dedicated hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Sliding glass doors lead straight from the game room to the backyard, where you can step out to your own private pool, outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill, outdoor shower, and plenty of sun loungers for poolside relaxation!

Moving up to the second floor, you'll find the heart of the home. This bright and open space lets in a ton of natural light, plus enjoy the breathtaking Gulf and Lake views out the window! The living room features a large cozy couch, and has sliding glass doors that take you out to the expansive wraparound balcony. This living room easily flows into the dining room and then the kitchen, complete with a walk-in pantry with a large wine fridge. There is seating for 5 at the kitchen island, and an additional 8 at the dining room table.

Also on the second floor are three spacious bedrooms. The first has a King bed, balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The last bedroom on this floor is a bunk room with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunks, that uses a dedicated hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

All the way up on the third floor, you're greeted by a second game room featuring shuffleboard and a built-in wet bar. The game room also has sliding glass doors that lead you out to another expansive balcony, the perfect peaceful spot to unwind. Also on this floor, you'll find a second laundry room, as well as the final four bedrooms. Guest access

There is parking for 2 cars in the garage as well 3-4 cars in the driveway!

Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access is only 0.4 miles away, making it an easy walk to the sand! Of course you can also bike or drive the LSV/golf cart.

Other things to note

• The elevator is not for guest use.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
• LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the east or the town of Seaside to the west. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, pool, bikes, fire pit, or other amenities provided to guests.
