Relax in your private pool and spa, complete with a built-in sun shelf and comfy lounge chairs. The outdoor kitchen is ideal for alfresco dining, and when you’re in the mood for some friendly competition, enjoy the ping pong table!

Inside, you’ll love the open concept, separate living spaces on each floor, giving you plenty of room to spread out and relax. The home is packed with top-of-the-line, resort-style amenities, including a gorgeous rooftop deck with corn hole, sun loungers, and the best Gulf Views! There is also a Sonos sound system throughout the entire property for the perfect soundtrack to your vacation.

This home features 8 bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and luxury, plus there’s a laundry room on each floor—that’s three total—making it super easy to freshen up and feel right at home.

• Two Queen beds + en suite bathroom with oversize glass shower and dual vanities
• Full-over-Full built-in bunk bed + shared bathroom with shower (this bathroom opens to pool area)

SECOND FLOOR (MAIN FLOOR):

• King master + en suite bathroom with oversize glass shower and dual vanities + private balcony
• Twin-over-Twin built-in bunk beds + en suite bathroom with shower

THIRD FLOOR:

• King master + en suite bathroom with enormous glass shower and separate soaking tub inside the shower and dual vanities + private balcony

FOURTH FLOOR:

The provided LSV and bikes are also a great way to get around!

Other things to note 

• Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
• Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
• All pets are strictly prohibited as the owner has extreme allergies.
• Elevator is not for guests' use.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• LSV is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, pool, hot tub, or other amenities provided to guests.
