The space

This brand-new beach retreat has it all, including a 6-seater LSV and 4 bikes for getting around.

Featuring a heated saltwater pool, dedicated LSV garage, outdoor grill, and elegant furnishings, this property has everything you need and more!

As you step inside, you'll find a spacious interior with hardwood floors, 10-foot ceilings, and crown molding throughout. The state-of-the-art kitchen features soft-close cabinets, Thermador appliances, and quartz countertops. The centerpiece is a sleek stainless steel hood above a smart range with dual ovens, all set against a stylish modern backdrop. The dining area features a modern wood table with seating, and glass sliding doors that open to a large screened-in terrace with views of the heated pool and beautiful wooded trees.

Also on the first floor, you will find a luxurious coastal living room, half-bathroom, and a gorgeous bedroom with a King bed and private en-suite bathroom.

Traveling upstairs to the second floor, there is a second living room with a wine fridge, storage cabinets, and balcony access overlooking the front of the house. Three additional bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor as laid out below.

We also manage 2 homes right next to this one if you have a big group and want to stay close! They are Casa Bonita (48 Sand Dollar- 4 bedrooms) and The Pickled Flamingo (42 Sand Dollar- 4 bedrooms)- see circled photo. Based on availability, these homes can be rented out at the same time. 

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: (Sleeps 16 guests)

First Floor:

• Bedroom 1 - King bed, en-suite bathroom with glass shower, double vanities and walk-in closet (Sleeps 2)
• Half bathroom

Second Floor:

• Bedroom 2 - King bed, en-suite bathroom with glass shower, separate soaking tub, double vanities and walk-in closet (Sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 3- King bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and tub combination (Sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 4 - Two sets of queen over queen bunk beds, en-suite bathroom with glass shower and double vanities (Sleeps 8)

There is a pack n' play and air mattress kept at the home for guests' use if needed.

Concierge services including but not limited to personal chefs, charcuterie boards, grocery delivery, baby equipment rentals, and more also available upon request.

Guest access

There is a 6-seater LSV and 4 beach cruiser bikes provided for guests' use.

There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway.

Other things to note

• Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size. 
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• LSV is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
